Diagnosed with White Coat Syndrome, I have a problem going to doctor visits, check ups, etc. even seaking emergency treatment when needed can be difficult to accept and often refusal to seek help is the outcome. Dr. Reed doesn't treat me as if I'm just another patient, but a person who is important. Genuinely compassionate, listens without judgement, answers any of my questions even if they are not relevant I'm not made to feel like it was ignorant of me to even ask. He explains things on a level that can be understood by a toddler if need be. His personality is very welcoming, and his humour is an added bonus. He gets my colorful, twisted, demented sense humor. I could literally make an appointment to see Dr. Reed any time, any day, without an ounce fear, anxiety, or hesitation, that I usually have. His only downfall is being just my Ortho, and not my primary GP!
