Did not make an effort to figure out what is happening. Told me to get a second opinion even tho I was referred there for a second opinion already. Wouldn’t give me a referral or help me get into see a different dr. Only gave me names of people to try. Told me to go to my PCP. My PCP doesn’t know about this problame at all

Great service. I went in for shoulder pain and Dr. Cooper had X-rays done, gave ma a cortisone shot for pain relief and gave me some great advice to relieve my pain and strengthen my shoulder.

Surveys are very unfair to the current workforce, particularly to health care providers. Dr Cooper was fantastic but the opinion and viewpoint of a random patient with a specific concern should not have any influence over how your staff is measured or treated. I would absolutely recommend this career professional.

This guy really didn’t have any interest in helping me. I had to pry for the information about the potential surgery I would be having- he volunteered nothing. Maybe he is a great surgeon but his bedside manner is lacking.

He is absolutely great. My femur was broken and my hip and he put me back together and is very thorough in your treatment. Pays close attention to what you say and helps you the best he can. Definitely recommend him.

Bedside manner, excellent.

Answered all questions, explained how the healing process was going. Very calm, professional and respectful.

He's okay. Not experienced with foot and ankle and that's what I was referred for, broken ankle follow up. I was the first patient of morning and he was 25 minutes late. After my x-ray was done he was busy talking with another doctor about another patient keeping me waiting and making me later for my job.

Dr. Cooper is great at what he does and takes time to listen and plan next steps.
