He was excellent, very informative and got my needs mer
Kind, patient and friendly!
Very personable and super smart! Respectfully, Jason lavallee
Timely, friendly and always willing to engage in a conversation about the problem and it’s possible solutions.
I have 2 areas of damaged meniscus & surgeon knows I do heavy weight bearing at work. Told me heavy work would not further damage my knee , nor would he give me a restriction note, saying I would lose my job if I couldn’t be accommodated. I had 2 earlier notes, 1 from Dr Greenbacher & my work knew I had an injury w/possible surgery & were accommodating me. He relayed this to me through staff after he left the room. I am a Sr. Admin where I work & he treated me like I was an idiot. Will not let him touch me, much less cut me. He is lacking in his patient relating skills.
Dr. Cooper was friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. I feel fortunate to have him as me doctor.
Dr Cooper repaired the rotator cuff in my right shoulder yesterday. He fully explained exactly what he planned to do. It’s a bit early to know exactly how the repair will go, but so far signs are good!
Nice guy
The appointment was too discuss knee surgery. He answered all questions but it felt very rushed. It felt as though the discussion of one surgery was literally no big deal whatsoever. I know he does hundreds of these but that doesn't mean that it isn't the first time for each patient.
Presents the results, lays out the options, worked with me to make a plan. Just what I needed.
