Kind of left me up in the air. Indicated I would need surgery but not now. Never gave me a time frame for when. Discussed alternative new options which I appreciated

Dr. Cooper is knowledgeable, understanding and helpful.
Dr.Cooper was great. He took the time to explain what was going on in my knee and elaborate on my patella maltracking. He outlined the treatment plan clearly and what I can expect the next steps to be if the conservative option doesn't provide any relief. He provided a timeline too so I dont feel like stuck or hopeless in a cycle if pain doesn't seem to get better. He also provided the least painful cortisone shot I have ever had.
He is very polite,I like the fact that Dr. Cooper takes a time to listen to what you have to say. And if there was something more needed, he would let me know. And when he give the injections, he's very gentle.
He was clear in his explanation of what was going on with my shoulder and the issues and options for dealing with it.
