I walked out feeling like I still had no clue why I was in pain in my leg. I did think Dr. Cooper was super nice guy!

Dr. was personable, thorough and professional. He explained the plan for my shoulder going forward in easy to understand terms.

Dr. Cooper and Dr. Greenbaucher have been great! Surgery went well yesterday. The only suggestion I have is improvement with the office's phone system. When I have had to call, the hold time is very long about 1/2 hour most times. I hope I continue to do well in recovery and with PT which I will begin next week. Thank you NEOS.

Did not make an effort to figure out what is happening. Told me to get a second opinion even tho I was referred there for a second opinion already. Wouldn’t give me a referral or help me get into see a different dr. Only gave me names of people to try. Told me to go to my PCP. My PCP doesn’t know about this problame at all

Great service. I went in for shoulder pain and Dr. Cooper had X-rays done, gave ma a cortisone shot for pain relief and gave me some great advice to relieve my pain and strengthen my shoulder.

Very thorough. Addresses all situations, surgical or non-surgical. Never feel rushed. Dr Cooper takes the time with you so you feel comfortable with any pre or post surgery questions. I had my first surgery and I highly recommend Dr Cooper.

Surveys are very unfair to the current workforce, particularly to health care providers. Dr Cooper was fantastic but the opinion and viewpoint of a random patient with a specific concern should not have any influence over how your staff is measured or treated. I would absolutely recommend this career professional.

This guy really didn’t have any interest in helping me. I had to pry for the information about the potential surgery I would be having- he volunteered nothing. Maybe he is a great surgeon but his bedside manner is lacking.

He is absolutely great. My femur was broken and my hip and he put me back together and is very thorough in your treatment. Pays close attention to what you say and helps you the best he can. Definitely recommend him.

Smart Doctor. Was slightly concerned as I felt my treatment plan was explained to me a bit abruptly.

Bedside manner, excellent.

Answered all questions, explained how the healing process was going. Very calm, professional and respectful.

Did not present a professional appearance (e.g. no name badge) or inspire confidence. Did not offer recommendations for treatment until questioned. Seemed especially wary of suggesting anything that would involve additional costs.

He's okay. Not experienced with foot and ankle and that's what I was referred for, broken ankle follow up. I was the first patient of morning and he was 25 minutes late. After my x-ray was done he was busy talking with another doctor about another patient keeping me waiting and making me later for my job.

Dr. Cooper is the best doctor I’ve met as a patient as well as a person. He is professional, companionate, respectful and gave me the time every visit to discuss my concerns and answers my questions. He is outstanding and spent more time and effort to communicate with Neurosurgeons after he surgically repaired my complete Quadriceps tendon ruptured. I don’t have enough words to thank Dr. Cooper and thank God we have a great surgeon like him available in ER. Thanks Dr. Cooper.

Just needs to be able to do more for pain

Left feeling very dismissed. This Dr. did not listen to what I said and only repeated his opinion. When pressed to explain his decision he handed me an xray of my injuries that was 8 weeks old which does represent an accurate diagnosis. Frustrated!
