The absolpooute Best
Very understanding, patient and calm.
Doctor Cooper is wonderful - takes time to listen, explains everything and is East to talk to.
Dr. Cooper was efficient. I’m disappointed with New England Orthopedic. They want money from me to obtain the notes of my visit. How ludicrous.
He was patient with me and listened to what I had to say and friendly
Such a pleasure to Meet Dr. Cooper. He took time to listen to my concerns and he carefully explained my options going forward. Kind, compassionate, and positive. I’m glad I chose to see him for a second opinion.
He was very professional and gave multiple options with my procedure.
Absolutely love Dr. Cooper...Could not have had amore Amazing Dr. & his team that did my surgery & aftercare, still. I have always been petrified of surgery, operating rooms themselves and I can without any doubt that this was the most amazing experience..I arrived at the hospital 🏥 that Da, and was truly scared to death, and the second I arrived in the area of surgical unit, I was immediately treated with such comfort & ease that I was absolutely 💯 relaxed & no longer scard. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything there are just not enough wors for the gratitude I feel .thank you all so very much. Sincerely, Theresa Rooney.
Needs to let the patient speak, especially when trying to answer his questions. I was trying to explain things to him and kept getting cut off. I think it was productive for the most part but i don't feel like I was clearly heard. We'll have to let the MRI do the talking...
Very thorough
