Very thorough, patient with my child and answered all of his questions.

Very knowledgeable, personal and professional
Friendly, laid back, takes him a second to get my humor, then smiles. Gave me 3 options. One of them was getting a shot. Impressive that a spray was used so that the injection was basically painless.
