After first 5 minutes with Dr. Ackerman I found my favorite Ortho surgeon since Dr. Benjamin Mauck' passed away. Dr. Ackerman listened and allowed me to try and sum up what has happened over 12 years with Campbell Clinic being treated for this particular issue. He took his time to give his thoughts and opinions of how I should proceed. I was sent to him after my last doctor here relocated two months ago. Dr. a asked if I wanted to see that previous doctor again since he apparently was actually coming back to the clinic. Dr. Ackerman's bedside maanner, calm tone, and naturally friendly atti immediately trust him and follow up in whatever way he suggests.in over 50 years he is the second healthcare professional who made thiis type of impression on me. Being a healthcare professional myself I appreciate when I find anyone who seems to be out for the patients best interest and making them feel comfortable and relaxed to help them in the best professional manner. Thank you Campbell Clinic.
He listens with real focus on your concerns, explains options has a kind "bedside" manner. He healed the problems with my right hand and wrist and I will go back to him for the other side this fall. Highly recommend!
As a person, his best side manner was awesome. I could hear the staff laughing, chitchatting, ha ha, and talking fun and having fun with all of us are down their way the most valuable thing you have is your time and so people need to take and understand that I don’t have all day to spend with you.
Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Great doctor.
