Dr. Grady is an excellent communicator. I appreciated that he had reviewed thoroughly my chart prior to meeting with me and then listened to my perspective, verbally and in written format communicated with me my plan of care.

This visit good. I asked about a skin tag removal newr my eye. Dr. Grady said he could chop it off. He took me to another room and said he had to go look up the procedure on Youtube. Then he left me with two women. They handed me a paperbto sign and it said thebprimary provider may not be n the room while the procedure was being done, I did not like that. I saw a syringe with a long needle and I was immediately afraid my eye would get poked out. I felt rushed and changed my mind . My old doctor Kashow in Aurora removed a skin tag with dry ice and no needles or chopping off.
