Dr. Wooten is an amazing surgeon. I have complete confidence in his abilities. If I were to rate his bedside manner, I would need more than five stars. He is friendly, caring, unrushed, listens to and answers questions. We really enjoy seeing him and have referred him to many of our friends and family.

Dr. Wootens office is always a positive experience. They are always taking time to explain things and make sure the patient has all the information to make a plan that’s right for them.

When I asked after 30 minutes of waiting if I was checked in right so the back knew I was here, the receptionist said “yes” so I asked her if she knew how much longer it would be before I came back and u could hear clear out in the waiting room what sounded like the NP’s frustration that patient’s keep asking questions which the receptionists reported to me that was making her behind. She didn’t know I brought a disk and had to go find it. I didn’t feel welcomed, happy or very personable there especially when I asked my questions because I knew she was behind and needed to move on to the next patient. The NP was very pretty, knowledgeable and answered my questions. Would have loved visual aids of the hip, ball and socket and leg/femur bone with the metal u place, ceramic socket and rod. It was nice when I left that the dr said good bye to me happily!
