When I set up my appointment
I was told there was no cost to me out of pocket. Then when I went to checkout they tried to charge me a $40 copay which I have already met my out of pocket maximum. Out of pocket maximum , what is it that people don't understand what that actually means .
Then they wanted to charge me $50 for my eyeglass perception.
Then when I went to get Glasses my prescription they gave me did not include all the need information to be able to get glasses made. When I called the eye associates.they said they do not do the measurements I was needing during my eye exam. WTF?

Dr Faulknor is extremely knowledgeable, appealing, helps you through the hard times with compassion and good care. AND he has a good sense of humor. He's also a great surgeon!

Dr. Clayton Falknor is a fellowship-trained ophthalmologist who specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of the eye. Originally from Houston, Texas, he worked as a chemical engineer for semiconductor producer Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. in Austin before entering the medical profession in 2001. He has been with Eye Associates of Colorado Springs since 2014. Dr. Falknor believes in providing advanced and compassionate medical care in an educational and collaborative manner to all of his patients.
