My primary doctor is also an outstanding ENT. Dr. Lopez and her assistant Ashley got all of the deep, hardened, gross wax out of my narrow ear canal. I can hear now! Many thanks for such skill and thoroughness and patience with my squirming.
Listens well and addresses issues with clarity

She has always been so rude to me, short, passes off my concerns as nothing and every time Ive seen her…afterwards I always sit in my car bawling from frustration because I feel I’m not being heard. She is very judgy, if your overweight too. Made several unprofessional comments in regards to this. I have never seen a worse Dr. I will not be returning there again due to her.
I can not say enough how much Dr Lopez has helped me. She listened to me when no one else did. I am forever grateful for this. She showed compassion and empathy when other Drs disregard me. She is a great Dr.
Dr. Lopez was professional, respectful, kind and gentle. She showed me diagrams and drawings of normal and inflamed ears which made her explanation of my problem extremely clear. She’s a great communicator/teacher. She was fast and efficient, yet. I felt respected and valued.
