He was rude and arrogant and said he wasn't going to answer any of my questions which I've never had a doctor tell me he's not answering anymore questions. And I needed the answer because I wanted to make sure that I could have my MRI with this new device. I'm not happy with his choice of how he put the implant in because it's taking way out right on my breastbone and he doesn't seem to be bothered by it or willing to fix it

I have been having chronicle issues with my nose for the past couple decades. Even had surgeries before, and those didn’t even help, but by a different doctor. As soon as I made the switch to Dr. Claudell Cox and had my procedure, I felt relief as soon as recovery began. His friendliness and kindness went way above and beyond. I wish we had more people in this world like him! Life would be much easier. Also, I want to mention, customer manager Armina. She was professional and very helpful. They make a great team.
