Dr. Roles is a very knowledgeable about Scalera lenses. I’ve been to several doctors over the last 10+ years to have my contacts fitted so far she was the most Proficient. easy to visit with.

Great job of caring for my eyes. Very pleasant and easy to discuss problems .

Would have liked a little more info on my eye status with how my eyes have changed.

Dr Roles provided excellent care for my 97 year old dad. She did her best to find a prescription for his glasses that would improve his vision as he struggles with macular degeneration

Felt rushed and like she had no time for me. Really did no sort of an exam. She said I should have my eyes dilated but wouldn’t do it then, had to make another appt for this week. Think she was behind schedule and that was why I have to come back and pay for another appt which I’m not happy about. My appt was scheduled for 2:20 and it was almost 3:45 before Dr Roles came in to see me. I was ready to step out and ask if they had forgotten about me. This seems to be the normal every time I have an appointment.

Dr Roles was excellent. The person that took me to the exam room and did the pre screening was horrible. She (blonde woman) exhibited no bedside manners with me as a patient. She did not answer questions that I asked related to screening. I have been a patient of Dakota Eye for 20 yrs and will likely be looking for alternates as a result of this experience.

Dr. Roles was very thorough in her examination and explained every detail.

Being new to the area, I was looking for a good eye Doctor but I was skeptical because of some previous experiences with various Optometrists. As a self paying person, I didn’t want to be stuck for awhile with glasses that weren’t very helpful so I did a significant amount of research and decided to call Dakota Eye Institute. We scheduled two ‘new patient exam’ appointments with Cindy Roles and so far I have been very impressed with her attention to detail and the determination to come up with the best possible solution even if it means to think “beyond the machine” to get the best vision possible. Thank you, Cindy. I am looking forward to getting and trying my new glasses.

Cindy is so nice. Such a pleasant personality, is easy to talk to. Cindy is very thorough in her examination and let's you know of any changes to your eyesight.

She and her staff were rude we had a unpleasant time.. we felt rushed and she wasn’t very nice to all my children.. she shouldn’t work with kids if she doesn’t like them. as well as her nurse that was placed with me and my 2 kids I had to ask for someone else because of how rude she was being to us.

She made me feel comfortable and was Very informative regarding my questions!

She explains throughout the visit answers all questions give options and plan of care for future. Reception, payment and nurses are pleasant and competent.

Did not even look in my eyes when I complained about a spot in my left eye. She said I needed a low vision test. I’ve changed optometrists as a result of how she treated me.
