I find Dr Grayson professional and knowledgeable. He does take the time to listen but the only problem I have is the long wait to get Total Care for your appointment. My appointment was at 2:50 p.m. and I left at 4:30 p.m. I almost missed an appointment I had at 5:00. I wasn't Terribly Happy with his PA on her impression of what was wrong with my post surgical right knee.

Dr Grayson was very personable. and very knowledgeable. He took time to explain to me everything that needs to happen. And all the things I need to do to get there. I was very satisfied with the doctor and their staff.

My only complaint is that I made my appointment with Dr. Grayson specifically but I was seen by his assistant. I'd seen her previously as well and like her, but I don't like when that happens. I expect to see my preferred doctor.
