Specific..direct..informative..kind and good listener...great doc..!!!
Pray guy should introduce himself and tell.patoe t what he is going to do but technically proficient. I saw Kathryn, PA who was awesome. She listened toy complaints then we discussed them and agreed on treatment plan. She was friendly, attentive and extremely competent.
Dr Grayson's calmness & confidence really put me at ease His nurses & team are so thoughtful and kind. They realized my living situation & made the best recommendation for me to spend the night. I feel so much confident regarding my recovery
Sooo appreciated his time & wise counsel!!
Dr. Grayson was good, however the office as a whole needs to get their schedule sorted. I waited 2 hours to be seen. 2 hours before I was even taken back to a room. That’s unacceptable for someone who works everyday and made an appt. I received no less than 10 reminders of my appt not to be late or miss it or I would be charged. And yet, it was ok for me to wait 2 hours after I showed up early for my appt. Won’t be going back to that office.
Having your receptionists say, loudly enough for others to hear, that you owe 78$ and will have to pay it to keep your appointment. Would not check you in. It’s embarrassing for all to hear my financial plan I’ve already made. Having employees that WOULD NOT let me leave a phone message for Dr re: upcoming appointment because I owed 37$. It was info needed for this appointment. The convoluted VM system is a definite pain in the butt. The way your office is doing what it is now, makes me want to change Drs. Those receptionists should be reprimanded.
They were very helpful and kind and I really appreciate everyone there
Outstanding doctor
Dr Grayson is a very good Dr. He really takes his time with you. He always asks if I have any questions for him. He really shows concern for your care.
I haven't seen Grayson since he spoke to me just before surgery. He wasn't there for my post operation appointments . Instead, His PA-C, Kathryn Gravenstein spoke to me.
