I don't feel that this doctor is interested in putting this best foot forward to ensure owcp is giving their best and he's giving his best when it come to owcp I don't think he wants to cross that cross that line to identify the issue with the person that got injured along with putting it on paper how the injury and something existing ties together so to speak so he's not willing to cross that line to put forth that effort for the patient to get the most utmost out of the insurance that he's should be using vices one day later or a year later come back and have surgery on his own insurance I don't think that's the right way to do business

I am very disappointed that I have been strung along for months. I have only seen this doctor 2 times in 10 months. All other times was with the PA. I kept telling the PA something serious was wrong and they would not listen to me. Now I have 2 holes on my humeral head the size of a golf ball and my shoulder socket joint. The ball on the humerus head is now gone.

They need to stop using this vendor or 3rd party Billing.. HORRIBLE! Been seeing Dr Swanson since 2017 & this Billing deptbis ALWAYS the worst!

The appointment felt rushed, he was nonchalant. The first time I met him was great but today wasn’t so pleasant. It was very busy so I felt he was tired or frustrated. He was resting on the wall had a over it look on his face no eye contact even the assistant was frustrated and impatient. Which made me feel uncomfortable and upset because I have had 3 MRI’s and this is not a small copay only to get to an appt not see the images, feel rushed, not explaining everything and still feel there is no resolve but only to get a shot. When I asked a question or made a comment his response was rude and didn’t explain or answer the question, just repeated the shots he felt I should get. I still have bad pain in my knee, swelling and limited on how I walk and move.

I was in Florida visiting family. Begin to have issues with my right arm. It was my first time seeing Dr. Swanson as I was referred via Ascension St. Vincent’s Urgent Care - Town Center. My did he leave a positive impression. Awesome personality, patient concern /care was second to none. He reviewed my x-rays shared with me that my bones were in great condition at 93 years of age. He provided options to me for what could be done to ease the pain I was experiencing in my right shoulder and arm. I took him up on his recommendation and will follow through on his proposed treatment plan. Moreover, if you are experiencing pain I strongly recommend Dr. Swanson as an Orthopedic Specialist of choice.

My husband went in for a cortisone shot. He filled out all the paperwork, paid, and waited for an hour. Staff finally came out and told my husband that he would be unable to see the dr because the doctor was in the break room after having had “a hard morning”. So my husband’s forty minute drive there and forty minute drive home left him with nothing but an hour of sitting in a waiting room, a throbbing arthritic shoulder, and a need to make another appt. Let’s hope the dr doesn’t have another “hard morning” prior to my husband’s next appointment too.

Dr. Swanson is a fantastic Orthopedic Specialist. He has a special skill at listening to his patients when voicing their problems/concerns, and knows how to approach those problems/concerns with solutions that the patient can understand and apply to their specific situation. You can't go wrong with having him as your surgical doctor.

Dr Swanson is great however back in April when I first seen him and had xrays he wanted me to have an mri and be back in two weeks. This was at the Max Legget location. Staff there never scheduled me for mri, I lost count of how many times I called them and was repeatedly told someone is working on it. After 7 weeks I scheduled my own mri. I’ll never go back to Max Legget location and I never received my prescription from them.
