Advanced subspecialty training in Gastroenterology was completed at the University of South Florida.
Dr. Shaver is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology and is a member of the American Gastroenterological Society, American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, the American College of Gastroenterology, The Obesity Society , the Jefferson County Medical Society, and the Medical Association of the State of Alabama.
My first visit he was welcoming and very professional and friendly..I'm glad I was referred to him ..he took time he wasn't in a hurry I trust him he was understanding to explained what I needed answered ..I really liked him and his staff
Everyone is so nice and helpful! The facility is very nice and clean, plus there is a great view from the 9th Ffloor to enjoy while waiting for Doctor! Dr. Shaver has a great personality and explains things well and listens to questions! His nurse is very nice!
