Although I made an appointment with Dr Reynolds specifically, his PA saw me instead so Dr. Reynolds could “see more patients”, but since I never saw him it seems like it isn’t about ‘seeing more patients’ just about ‘scheduling more appointments’ and overcharging patients.
Explained thing’s thoroughly, didn’t feel rushed. Sympathetic to my condition yet honest and up front
Very friendly and professional! Thank you Dr. Reynolds.
Listened better than any other Dr I have seen for this issue!
When I spoke to St. Cloud Orthopedics several weeks ago about the progress on my hip replacement they told me I should have a cat scan./MRI on my lower back. I replied that I was willing to drive the nearly two hours to have this done, as you have the best and latest technology for a cat scan. They said they would send me to their offices where Dr. Reynolds was based. I got up at 430 a.m. to drive through endless rain to get there on time, only to find out that this was an interview, NOT a cat scan. Never met Dr. Reynolds, as I was so upset by the lack of clear information I did not think I could maintain a civil relationship. This occurred once before after my hip replacement as NO ONE told me it could take 12 months to fully recover until I went in for my 6 week review. It is a significant sacrifice for me to travel from Minneapolis to St. Cloud; wish someone would have done a better job of letting me know what they have in mind.
Very.engaging and helpful. Answered all my questions.
Kind person and outstanding surgeon. Very satisfied with my posterior cervical laminectomy. Never felt rushed in office visits. Thorough answers to my questions.
Very easy to talk to and explains what you are looking at on xrays.
Dr. Reynolds was fabulous! He’s very kind & listened well regarding my pain. I’d highly recommend him to anyone.
Patient friendly personality. Takes time to explain conditions and prodedures thoroughly. Is honest about results of surgeries and admits that recovery can be a slow and sometimes unpredictable. Best of all, a great sense of humor.
