Very thorough and explained everything in detail!
Dr. Cook is an excellent physician and surgeon. He listens and considers a patient's concern and explains things in an easy to understand way. He sometimes runs behind with his appointments, but that is only because he takes the time needed with each person.
Forever grateful for Dr. Cook's expertise—he continues to make all the difference!
Seeing the dr was fine but I was in the waiting room over an hour was not happy about that

He explained everything by showing me the ct and xrays and put me at ease at our 1st meeting. I had full confidence in him and it turned out, he was right about everything!

Dr.Cook is the very best at taking time with his patients to explain his plans to get you well, and always in plain English. No questions go unanswered and he has a great sense of humor.
Dr. Cook performed a far more conservative treatment called a laminotomy when another surgeon elsewhere wanted to just do a fusion. He solved my radiculopathy in a way that retained more movement. He's very thoughtful in his responses, greatly bedside manner, and highly competent. I highly recommend Dr. Cook and am so grateful he gave me the second opinion I needed.
