Was very informative and took the time to answer my questions
Free flowing conversation of current and past medical condition. Touched on the persistent SI joint pain and appropriate treatment and getting newer imaging of the narrowing cervical spine issue.
I had an excellent visit with Dr Cook. He thoroughly reviewed the history of my back pain and developed a plan to address it.
Dr Cook was patient, kind and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable with him in charge of my surgery.
He actively listened to my concerned about and took them seriously. Very pleasant and put me at ease.
Dr Cool was fantastic!! He listened to my concerns and explained every option in a manor that was easily understood. So happy I found this doctor!
The doctor was fine, but we were scheduled incorrectly with him when we should have seen pain management. We had to wait weeks for an appointment, then wait 40 minutes to see him to find out he really couldn't assist. Now we need to wait weeks to see the correct specialist. Meanwhile pain continues.
It was my 1st meeting with Dr. Cook. I felt, he was focused on my needs, and not distracted thinking about something else. He spent 30 minutes with me, explained my MRI, drew on the computer exactly what he was going to do. Explained after the surgery and use of drains and possible 1 to 2 day in hospital stay. Also, recovery time, therapy and after 4 week continuing my pool therapy. I felt he was very thorough and honest about the surgery, risk/benefits and recovery.
Dr. Cook is very thoughtful and compassionate. He takes the time to explain everything. Has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable.
Good listener and provides exceptional care to his clientele.
