Dr. Cook earned his medical degree from Lake Erie (PA) College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed Orthopedic Surgery residency at Inspira Health in Vineland, NJ, and his spine surgery fellowship at Kaiser Permanente in Oakland, CA
Dr. Cook was featured in SpineLine’s ‘20 Under 40’ list of top spine surgeons in 2019.
