Dr.Cook is an amazing and accomplished doctor/surgeon. Explains his vision of what his plan is and how it will affect his patient and their recovery; in plain English. Always answers questions and concerns with honest and understandable answers.

Pleasant, knowledgeable of my case prior to my arrival, timely, established a plan of care & explained everything to me, easy to talk to and to follow, credible and established confidence.
Dr. Cook thoroughly explained my test results and really listened to my concerns. I am confident I will experience pain relief with his suggestions for treatment. I would highly recommend him.
