I am very pleased with Dr. Cook
Dr.Cook is the very best at taking time with his patients to explain his plans to get you well, and always in plain English. No questions go unanswered and he has a great sense of humor.
Dr. Cook performed a far more conservative treatment called a laminotomy when another surgeon elsewhere wanted to just do a fusion. He solved my radiculopathy in a way that retained more movement. He's very thoughtful in his responses, greatly bedside manner, and highly competent. I highly recommend Dr. Cook and am so grateful he gave me the second opinion I needed.
Dr. Cook cares for his patients in a professional and caring manner. He explained everything in a way that you could understand. His knowledge is excellent with his profession.

It’s been two weeks yesterday since my surgery and I am feeling better. I had my follow up this past Tuesday with Dr. Cook and he explained everything that he did in the surgery for my L3 L4. I am pleased with Dr. Cook’s work and would recommend him to anyone needing any kind of back work
