I waited over a hour to be called back and then, the whole appointment felt rushed and the lack of desire to help with suggestions. I felt like I was pulling teeth to get any kind of feedback. I probably was their last appointment of the day but no need for me to be rushed or act like it didn’t matter

A Dr. who is patient and kind and cares for his patients. He takes time to explain the whole situation about your care..I recommend him very highly. Thanks DR.Parks.

He read all of the information I supplied regarding the history of the damage to my knee. In general, physicians seem to be getting better at listening to patients but nonetheless I find this exceptional. Regarding the IT part of my visit, I would like to have had the option to supply the information collected at your kiosk from home, online. Even scanning insurance cards should be possible but if there is concern about fraud (which could be gone at the kiosk) then at least integrate the other kiosk queries with a web page. Kudos to your IT people for designing a system that recognized that I scanned Medicare and BC/BS cards in the wrong order and corrected for that -- excellent design work. Overall an excellent experience for me. Thanks.

Medically knowledgeable, excellent DR, but very busy just like most of the Dr's in Huntsville because of the rapid population expantion.I felt my visit was a llittle hurried. Great Guy Trained at Vanderbilt for Joint Replacement which is one of the best facilities in the southeast.

Dr. Parks the doctor is 5 stars. Waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes from my 8:15 am appointment before seeing him, not so much.

Dr Parks is wonderful. He has a gentle, caring demeanor and always ensures his patients are “heard” and understanding of his advice. He has a conservative approach which I appreciate, but won’t hesitate to help you know recommended options when surgery is the best course of action.

He did a hip replacement for me and 2 days after I started having problems. It has caused me more pain now than before the surgery. He just blows it off and sent me to another doctor instead of fixing it. If I wanted another doctor then I would have chosen one. He has no bed side manner.
