Dr. Christopher Parks is a member of the TOC General Orthopaedics and the Joint Replacement Centers of Excellence. Dr. Parks earned his medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama. He completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas where he served the University of Arkansas football team as a sideline physician. He continued his education and training by completing a fellowship in Adult Hip and Knee Reconstruction at the Southern Joint Replacement Institute at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Parks is one of only 3 surgeons in North Alabama who are fellowship-trained in total joint replacement.

I think Dr. Parks is very skilled, an excellent surgeon. Dr Parks is very kind and listens to what you have on your heart and how you feel, I need a knee replacement, and I I'm very scared, because a loved one of mine didn't make it well after the replacement. Dr Parks knows this. And is willing to let me be stubborn until I get my courage.
I like the way Dr. Parks was upfront and honest with me.
Thorough physician! He was kind, listened, and seemed to genuinely care about his patients! His staff was amazing as well. Would definitely recommend!
He’s very kind and explains. He takes his time with you. I trust him and did excellent with my knee replacement. I was worried I would find an orthopedic dr as good to me as Dr Horn was but I found Parks and I’m comfortable with him . He’s extremely caring. Thank you, TOC

Kind informative
My experience there yesterday was excellent. Dr Parks and Elise truly made me feel like a valued patient. I don’t always feel that with many of my doctors anymore.
Very professional, friendly, syraight to the point.
It was my first visit with Dr. Parks and when he entered the room my anxiety went away immediately. He as so pleasant and listen to me carefully as I explained my symptoms. He has a wonderful personality and I can tell he genuinely cares about his patience’s.
Took adequate time to answer all my questions and explained the procedure well.
