Although my appointment was scheduled with Dr. Galati, I never met him. I was seen and evaluated by Malcolm, PA. Malcolm seemed though and indicated that he did not feel that that what was suspected by my PCP was correct. Otherwise, he indicated he had no answers to my condition/ symptoms. He recommended that I now see a neurologist. Malcolm was very kind and courteous. I feel like I waited a long time for an appointment, that was disappointing. Now, I wait again for another appointment and hopefully answers/ recommendations. I the future, I would suggest that when a patient is referred to this office, please clarify who the patient will be seeing. I am absolutely fine with seeing a PA, but do not understand why I was told, and confirmed several times, “yes, you are seeing Dr. Galati.”

The doctor himself is fine, but due to some inaccurate information given to me when I called in two times after my surgery by his team, I was in pain for an ridiculous amount of time, since they told me my symptoms were not side effects of my surgery.
