Dr. Chris Mitchell and his staff are always very polite and professional. All of my appointments have been prompt in on time and sometimes early if I arrive a little earlier than schedule.

Appointment was very very rushed!! While he asked about my health or medical changes over the past year, as the Urologist, I feel that he should ask about specific symptoms or 'things' that Ive been experiencing that might be related to my prostrate... such as trouble emptying my bladder, frequency of the need to urinate, experiencing an urgency to pee (trouble holding it), leakage, etc. These are questions, in my opinion, he should specifically inquire about, as the patient may not recall or make a connection between such symptoms and prostrate issues.

Very knowledgeable and down to earth. Talks to you so you can understand. Unfortunately for me I have seen Dr. Mitchell for several issues. He has been absolutely fantastic every time.

Easy to converse with and informative as to the process of the upcoming procedures. Answered questions and took his time. Made awkward interactions comfortable. The staff was also very congenial. Even patients in the waiting room were congenial
