my first appointment with Dr McDonald I was very much impressed with his bedside manner. He has an upbeat personality ,friendly and personable introducing himself with a smile and handshake . He gives you eye contact when explaining the process on how he treats the medical condition of his patient. He and his P.A. Maddie explained in detail when showing X-ray . He makes sure you understand, asks if you have any concerns . He allows you time to speak expressing your concerns without you feeling rushed. His goal is to help his patient get well if possible with surgery being the last option. This was exactly what I prayed for and I walked out of the exam room feeling confident and hopeful.
