Dr. McDonald is an outstanding! He actually listens to hear and not just respond. His approach is conservative and focused on achieving good health outcomes that are practical and achieveable.

Excellent experience, he listened intently to my background story and seemed very empathic, yet quick to launch into action as far as providing functional feedback and guidance as far as showing me the how we will be working together towards the solution. As a team. He was not condescending. He was respectful of my recovery path and genuinely supportive of the Work I am doing to better myself. A positive experience all around. Looking forward to building a relationship with him and hopefully healing this long-term chronic pain that has plagued me for decades.
