In one visit my shoulder pain was shown as arthritis with a xray. Got a cotizone injection and was out of the office within 1 hour.

Dr Manning was very easy to talk to, straightforward, and if you are needle shy, he gives an excellent injection!

I felt rushed and was left with a lot of unanswered questions. I felt like I was really being pushed into surgery when I only broke my collarbone. I don’t have good insurance and now I have to pay for this visit and another visit with a different doctor to get a second opinion.

Dr Manning is very up front with his patients and tells if a procedure will help you and if recommends the procedure. i am having trouble with my thumb and he told me that the surgery is very ruff, long recovery time and than 50% of these surgeries fail the bones does not fuse. Although it's only been a few hours, I believe Dr. Manning's diagnosis and treatment is accurate. I held back one star because I felt I was being rushed. The appointment started 20 or so minutes late and I got the feeling he was trying to make up for lost time during my appointment. That being said, I do believe I received the outcome for which I was hoping.

Be certain that Dr. Manning does not know any other Dr. if you are seeking a second opinion from him, or he will ambush you, and attempt to strong arm you at what's considered to be an initial consult. My thought for this is to cover for his colleague's mistakes, as he hopes they will also cover for his. If your issues are from a Surgeon who ever worked at St, Clair Hospital, then do not see Dr. Manning. After asking who Your last Surgeon was he will then directly tell you "You know have 2 doctors opinion's against you". Treatment is the last thing on his agenda. Cutters just want to cut, and cash their checks. He is absolutely just that!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Manning is a caring, competent surgeon. When I needed open heart surgery 3 weeks after total shoulder replacement surgery, he stayed on my case until day of discharge and followed up in the office when I was ready. Staff is awesome.

I tell everyone that i got my life back! No more pain and i have full motion with a total shoulder replacement. I golf 2 to 3 times a week again

Very nice Doctor, had a hand injection painful , but I was pre worned! The only thing that I was a little disappointed on was the time it took to see me ! My appointment was for (8:10 am ) I arrived at (7:40 ) filled out paperwork since it was my first time, didn’t get seen to almost (9:00 ) am , actually fell asleep waiting. Otherwise everything was good!!!

I am now 4 months post-op and am very pleased with how my surgery went, and with my prognosis for a full recovery.

I told office prior to aopt I have no insurance and set upsn agreement for payment when I arrived they harassed me and wanted a 210. Payment fir a 5 min aopt where I was not examined only given a script for ct scan. They should of had me get that before wasting my hard earned money to spend 210 for a script and to be told to come back 7/17 for results. I have requested the results be sent to me via phone or mail. I don’t have another 210 for another appt I’m not working my shoulder is broken
