I expected something to be done for my pain as I cannot lift my arm without being in pain. Would not give me anything. He said prednisone caused this problem and didn't want to give me any to help me. I have not had any prednisone since March. I have Copd so I seriously doubt it would do anymore damage. Prescribed OTC gel and physical therapy and to see what drugs I could get from my PCP. I don't like drugs unless absolutely necessary!!!
Excellent as always he did my rotator cuff six years ago and it is perfect
Kind, caring and knowledgeable!
Gentle, knowledgeable, and asked good questions. I felt a little rushed. He’s very good and knows his field.
Dr is very knowledgeable
He is always awesome
So far, I feel like what he told me was accurate, and the secretaries were very supportive of him, but I felt like he didn’t spend nearly enough time talking to me. He came in, he manipulated my thumb for 10 seconds and told me I needed a Cortizone shot, and that my joint was shot because of arthritis, but it took me more time to do the paperwork than he spent with me in the room. This is the only reason that I didn’t give him five stars and we’ll see how the Cortizone shot treats my pain. That remains to be seen.
Although he provided the service for which I came there, he spent very little time with me. He mentioned a test I had had but did not give me results. I like Dr Forthman very much and it may have just been a very busy day.
He was Very Nice & explained what was wrong with my Shoulder & that I needed Surgery.
