Dr. Jones is very personable and seems to really care for me as a patient. The hospital staff for my last surgery were great as well. However some of the staff at his Lady Lake office were pretty rude to me on my last visit and I will not return to that office for help. This stems from the situation of being charged for a year and a half of heart monitoring charges. I had not recieved a bill for this in a year and a half, but then all of a sudden I get a bill for about $700.00. I talked to the finance clerk and they said that it would be fine if I only paid half. They said they would email me an updated copy but I never received it. Afterwards I talked with Dr. Jones and he said that still didny seem right and he qould talk to them about this. When I followed up with finance on my last visit the clerk was demeaning and acted as if Dr. Jones didnt know what he was talking nor did I. The scheduling clerk was also rude. If needed I will switch my care to another physician.

He put me on Diltiazem 30mg 3x per day & I asked if I can take that with Mag-oxide & he said he doesn't know anything about that & doesn't know why the doctor that referred me to him has me on that & again said he knows nothing about Mag-oxide. I needed to know a out interactions between the 2 meds. I take alot of meds & he has my medication list but still disregarded my concern about especially these 2 meds. So I looked them up myself & it' says consult with doctor about this because it can be life threatening when taken together. This was my first visit & I was brushed off & he was very impatient with me.

Natalie was very thorough, proficient and professional. I feel very confident in her abilities and very much appreciated the care she provided. Everyone at this practice has been top- notch. I am especially pleased with the care I have received from Drs. Jones and Couturier. I am so glad I chose this practice for my A-fib/A-flutter treatment and procedures and strongly recommend them to anyone considering a cardiologist or electrophysiologist.

Dr Jones was professional, easy to talk with, addressed my concerns and answered my questions. I never felt rushed. I was taken into the examination room shortly after my scheduled appointment time. Highly recommend Dr Jones and Village Heart and Vein center.
