Christopher M. Horn, D.O.

Dr. Christopher Horn, D.O., graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, New Jersey, in 1998. He completed his residency training in Family Practice in 2001 at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, New Jersey, where he was Chief Resident from July 1, 2000, to June 31, 2001. Dr. Horn attended the University of Scranton, Scranton, Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Biology in May 1994.

Dr. Horn is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and the New Jersey Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons.
