More drs need to be hired. I saw Dr. Chris hebert today. I have a swollen, inflamed huge heel spur. I’m using crutches to push my husband who is in a wheelchair From having West Nile virus. Im his caregiver. I have help for one month so I can have heel surgery. I’m in extreme pain and need surgery. Had to wait almost a month to get today’s appt. Saw Dr. Chris, who is fabulous but I have to now come back for an appt in a month to discuss surgery and review MRI’s on my heel. By the time heel surgery will have been scheduled, it will be 3 months away. When I called to make an appt, I Was # 36 in the cue, on hold, to even speak to a person for an appt. I know your surgeons are the very best and I’m grateful you guys are in Lafayette but we need quicker and more efficient access to them. Thanks so much. Dr. Chris Hebert had a 500% rating. Very professional, brilliant and knowledgeable. But I wish he had additional foot surgery dr partners. Thanks.

We were scheduled to see the specialist 3 times but only saw him on the last visit to release my son. His NP was informative and helpful. I’m sure my insurance was charged for a specialist.

I think it's ridiculous that you ask me to rate Dr Hebert when I saw his PA!! Don't get me wrong.... Joey was GREAT and I have no problem seeing him but from my understanding, I was scheduled to see Dr Hebert. Don't ask me to rate Dr Hebert when I never saw him

Saw Dr Hebert for a broken foot, 2 bones. Their office staff are helpful and friendly. Dr Hebert has been conservative in treatment and my foot is healing nicely. I have been seen on time for every visit. Highly recommend.

This is my second surgery in 2022 through LOS. I cannot express enough how well both surgeries went and my recovery, for both of them went. I was expecting more pain, but both surgeries had minimal pain. If I could give more than five star rating, I would definitely do that. Thank you very much

Seems like no one cares in this office. Your PA didn’t even bother with my questions. He told me to get one of those scooters if my balance was bad and I just told him that I broke my other leg so w my balance was nonexistent. Now does that make sense to you……

Doctor Hebert not only had the expected knowledge of his field but his personal ski9lls were excellent too. I attempted a bit of twisted humor with him, and he 'twisted' right back. I felt right at home.

I saw Joey Guidry? Dr. Hebert’s assistant. He was so very kind, cheerful and explained very well everything. I left with a sense of relief and gratitude. I can’t stress enough how important it is to make time for your patients, to be compassionate and attentive to them and all this Joey was. . Thank you!

Didn’t seem to be listening to my complaints. Left me in the exam room for 15 min in the dark when the lights went out. Screamed hello about 5 times no answer. Got off the table and lights went on. Walked to the front. Receptionist said if would have moved the lights would have come on. How in world would I know that. I’m at an office I’ve never been too and no one gave me that warning. I felt them to be cold and insensitive. Maybe because of my high pain rate and several other injuries especially my hip/butt area that was burning and throbbing, I was too sensitive but I doubt it. He referred me to 2 other Doctors. 1 hip specialist and 1 neck specialist. I left with a walking boot and Evenup.

So kind & new right away with exam what my issue was & explained treatment/recovery.

Absolutely THE BEST! From appointments to bed side manner, Dr.Hebert is the an absolute blessing.
