I’m sure Dr Hasty is a great doctor and surgeon. He is very pleasant but extremely short and quick with his visits. More so than any doctor I have encountered. After having surgery he informed family it went well only to find out weeks later the damage was more extensive and he could not do but so much. During my rehab it would have been nice to know this. Take away and advice would be, just spend a little more time on your patients…like maybe 5 additional minutes and be informative from the start.

I never had surgery before but for some reason and without a bout I knew that I wanted this guy to do it. From my first initial visit I was comfortable of his knowledge and experience of knee surgery. He was straight forward and to the point, no misleading information, it was more of this is what it is and it's up to you. I can go on and on but hey take my word for it, his the best!!!

Dr. Hasty was very professional, kind, and helpful today when I saw him in in the office today to reschedule my surgery for my torn miniscus. He explained everything in detail and was very patient with me and reassured me that he would get me in just as soon as possible for the surgery. Greenville is very blessed to have Dr. Hasty as one of the very best orthopedic surgeons in eastern North Carolina.

Explained the expectations well. I was able to return to work from hip replacement on my target of 4 weeks post op. Answered my questions timely.

Dr Hasty has operated on me multiple times and I have recommended him to many people; however, I will never let him touch me or recommend him again. He is only interested in operating on you if he can’t find an operable condition he doesn’t try to diagnose your problem. His answer to me after enduring 2 months of pain was to advise me to go to a pain clinic. Pain is a symptom of something being wrong the cause needs to be identified.

Dr. Hasty was professional and knowledgeable. The office staff needs training. I brought in the MRI and gave it to the receptionist at the beginning of the appointment. This was not communicated to him and his first statement was to order an MRI. I stated that it had been done and that his office staff had it. He then went to read it and wanted the report. I could’ve easily brought the report ahead of time had this been communicated to me at the time of making the appointment. Instead they called the office for the report, another 20 minutes was wasted. I appreciate that this is a busy office. One suggestion would be to increase communications so that appointment times are decreased.

Dr. Hasty worked me into his schedule today. I did not wait very long in the room before he came in. He was very attentive, listened to my problem and explained my MRI. I’m so glad I went to see him today.

It's been some time since I've seen Dr. Hasty. He's the same caring person he's always been. I have shoulder pain, he told me I have a lot or arthritis in that area. A pain shot today...if no better in 30 days I need to call him. Unless something changes drastically, and I know it will not, I will always give him an Excellent grade!
