I had my follow up appointment after my MRI. I was supposed to receive answers. After waiting for over an hour, Dr. Hasty informed me that I could not receive any results or indication of what my MRI read. While I understand this may be protocol, it was extremely frustrating to have waited so long, be anxious about my results, and then told that I wouldn’t get them today and would instead get a phone call from him the following day. Fast forward to the next day, I receive a phone call while at work from his nurse, not him. She read off the results to me, which I had already seen in my chart. She told me what his treatment plan was. I explained that I was very frustrated because my symptoms were not taken into consideration, and I felt like I was being dismissed. I asked for Dr. Hasty to call me back because I had questions for him and have yet to hear from him. I am getting a second opinion from someone else.

Dr Hasty always come in the room with a smile which is so calming and his voice is so reassuring before and after surgery. He takes his time and explain the procedure and gives you the opportunity to ask questions/concerns. I am very pleased with my continuing recovery.
