Dr. C. Hammerle is an excellent physician. I typically feel more comfortable seeing female medical staff, but he quickly put me at ease with his professionalism, approachable personality, and genuine sense of humor.
I had some concerns going into my procedure due to an abnormal reaction to anesthesia during a prior experience. Dr. Hammerle and his team truly listened, addressed my concerns thoughtfully, and helped me feel confident moving forward.Everything went smoothly—my recovery was quick, I was lucid sooner than expected, my heart rate remained stable, and my friend may have been even more relieved than I was. 😅
I’m very grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Hammerle to anyone seeking a skilled and compassionate physician.

Dr. Christopher Hammerle, M.D., is a native of California and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of California, Irvine. He then completed medical school at Saint Louis University and did his internal medicine internship and residency at the University of Colorado. After residency, he remained on faculty as Associate Professor of Medicine before moving to Charlottesville to complete a Gastroenterology and Hepatology fellowship at the University of Virginia. Dr. Hammerle received advanced training in Interventional Endoscopy and Endoscopic Ultrasound at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he was also involved in clinical research.
