had a colonoscopy and endoscopy performed by this physician, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience.
I was extremely anxious beforehand, but from the moment he entered the room, he immediately put me at ease. He introduced himself warmly and spoke in a calm, reassuring manner. He took the time to ask about any fears or concerns I had and then addressed each one thoughtfully. I especially appreciated that he asked whether I preferred a basic or more detailed explanation and respected my preference.
He clearly explained the sedation process, emphasizing both comfort and safety, which helped me feel confident going into the procedure. True to his word, he followed through on everything he said. After the procedure, he waited until I was fully awake before coming back to speak with me, and he took the time to thoroughly explain his findings without making me feel rushed.
Before arriving, I had considered canceling due to anxiety, but he alleviated every concern I had.
