If I can rate this individual lower I would. Rude, arrogant, disrespectful, cocky, and absolutely no bedside manner. I obviously wasn’t feeling my best and was in pain, could have used a better Dr. not someone making light of what I was experiencing. I had some aches and pains from over exerting myself recently and already saw a Dr about it who was actually sympathetic and helped me without the unnecessary commentary. No you tool, I don’t have COVID or the FLU. And thanks for pointing out I don’t look well. Very helpful. I won’t recommend you, the first Dr I saw was absolutely awesome. I was told this appointment was to set up physical therapy for my hands and that’s why I pushed to go. Be kind get some bedside manner, and I would recommend not making side comments about folks situation cause you have no clue what people standing through.

Dr Goll is a genius! Such a skilled surgeon! I had a distal radius fracture. Dr Goll performed a surgery where the bone pieces were realigned and fixated with a plate. This surgery ensured proper healing and made the recovery much faster than simply wearing a cast. 6 weeks out, feeling great and so happy with the results.

It's not only wrong, but just awful and demeaning to tell someone who is experiencing severe pain that they are expressing way more pain than is "normal" for "that" condition. I don't believe that Dr. Goll has ever had trigger fingers caused by or WITH a ganglion cyst protruding from his palm all together. The amount of pressure in my hand is so great and increasing daily, the fingers are more than a full ring size larger on my right than my left. I just want a surgeon to fix it, but please respect the patient and what amount of pain they are experiencing. I never asked for pain medicine and I don't want any. Respect of my knowledge and my knowledge of my own body. I was a hospice house secretary and I know my hand.

He is a great surgeon! This was my second trigger finger surgery but the first one with Dr. Goll. The best surgery center experience I have ever had and the way he does the surgery is painless and my hand was useful as soon as the bandage came off. I could not be more pleased. I drove myself home! Totally awesome!

He was fantastic. Unlike many surgeons he was not trying to push surgery on me and in fact just let me know a better way to conduct my life in order to minimize pain and that's what I think doctors should do but only the few and excellent do.

He was very professional, very nice very soft-spoken. And made me feel comfortable, and he didn’t hurt me when he gave me a shot in my finger. He is a very special doctor. He makes his patients feel at ease.

I saw Dr. Goll today and I can say that the front staff was very pleasant and efficient. I was a little thrown off during my visit with Dr. Goll, he has great reviews but didn’t seem to address my injury well at all. My MRI report states I have a wrist bone fracture and my referring doctor recommended a custom splint. Dr. Goll respectfully disagreed with the radiologist report after viewing the MRI images for 5 min at most and offered me an injection. He then cleared me for full duty at work which requires me to lift> 75 lbs and deleted my standing splint and physical therapy orders. I’m grateful for being cleared to work because I have not enjoyed light duty/desk job tasks but at the same time I wonder if his recommendation is irresponsible. I’ll update this to 5 stars if things go as planned but for now I don’t feel too confident in his treatment plan

Great bedside manners.

I was pleasantly surprised today when Dr Goll not only did test today right there in the clinic, but actually Treated me with injections that should relieve pain, possibly for a very very long time. Perhaps even forever.I expected only to get a surgery scheduled. I am a 78 year old woman with 5 or maybe more documented and difficult to live with health conditions. Dr Goll was so kind, patient and helpful, gentle and caring. He made excellent explanation about the problems with my hands and all available treatment options. He chose to start with the least invasive. When I read his Bio on the website, I felt certain that he was the right doctor for me. I was 100% right. .

Waited an Hour for my appointment. While I did get X-rays in that time, it still took a hour to actually be seen by the doctor. Felt like his examination of me was not thorough—rushed. He jumped to surgery as an immediate and probable option. Will be getting a second opinion.

He explains procedures in a manner in which one can understand giving one the pros and cons of the procedure, side effects, expected outcome and giving one no false expectations.
