After growing up in Lancaster, Dr. Cooke trained in Philadelphia and Miami. He was thrilled to return to his hometown to work in the practice his father, Dr. Alfred J. Cooke, Jr. started more than 40 years ago.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Cooke loves to spend time with his family. Dr. Cooke is anxious to meet you and help you feel your best again.

Dr Cooke is the only orthopedic surgeon who will operate on my knees. I trust his experience and judgement for what the best course of action will benefit me.

Initial visit for a painful knee. After examination, he offered a tentative diagnosis and referred me for an MRI. The words friendly, professional and competent come to mind to describe Dr Cooke.
