No one is perfect

1. Nurse/doctor did not inquire on medical history updates ( I have had recent surgery and medication changes). 2. Poor bedside manner. Crude when discussing sample collection. 3. Blamed my profession for said illness, including follow-up call from nurse. When it was food poisoning and non-related to my specific job role. 4. No physical exam performed by doctor 5. Unprofessional- took shoe off to adjust sock in room

Dr. Apostol is the best of the best. Kind, intelligent, and knows exactly when to be supportive and when to be tough.

The appointment was rushed and he was only listening for buzzwords while I was explaining my symptoms. He definitely was not trying to get the big picture… just slap a label on it and move on. I get the impression that he is scared or at least extremely hesitant to diagnose anything on a first visit.

When I contacted Evans Medical Center and asked for Dr. Apostol, I was told that he was not able to take new patients. Rather than choosing another doctor, I asked to be put on waiting list. After more than a year, I had an appointment with him for my annual wellness screening. Dr. Apostol was thorough going over my medical history, explaining many regulatory requirements, and etc. I am very pleased with the care I received. It was worth waiting to have him as my primary care doctor.

Really listened to my concerns and came up with a possible solution to my problem. Took the time to explain different options and explain the medication I am on and will be taking

Dr. Apostol is exceptional; he takes his time with patients and listens to their concerns. Always available when I need him outside of practice hours as well for questions through the app.

Very informative appointment regarding A1C level

I am forced to come in every 2 months because I’m on 2 prescriptions that you prescribed. ( clonazepam for my RLS and hrdrocodone for chronic back pain which has now gone down to my legs. I am healthy but am made to feel like an addict that needs close monitoring. I am told this is protocol but other doctors say protocol is 3-6 months depending on the doctor. My 5 min visit every 2 months is inconvenient. I am available on the spur of the moment to come in for a drug test. I have had several with no comment except once I was asked why no clonazepam showed up. I have to take one every pm for my RLS to work, ( and even that doesn’t always work)

I have been a patient of Dr. Apostol’s for years and would never want to go anywhere else!

I told him about sever ongoing pain in arm and shoulder. He did not even look at it. Also told him repeatedly that i ould not stand, he insisted on having me stand on scale. I was unable to stand even with assistance from two of his staff.....all it did was give me a panic attack. I told him it was difficult and nearly impossible for me to get to and from appt and he still referred me to another Dr for possible ear issue and he never checked my ears himself. Very disappointed in lack of care
