Finally, someone who understands what is happening in my body and is not discounting my pain as simply arthritis. I’m 60 and I own that but this pain is different. Dr Heck is awesome!!!

The dr was great, very knowledgeable. Took his time and explained everything question I asked. The only bad thing was he was running behind and I was there over 2 hours. He did apologize. I will definitely see him again.

I waited 2hrs and left, without being seen, he was not nice about me having to wait. Seemed annoyed that I was annoyed.

Only issue was miscommunication about providing the MRI disc. Physician and staff were courteous and helpful.
Dr. Christopher A. Heck joined Southlake Orthopaedics in January 2018. Prior to joining our team, Dr. Heck practiced orthopaedics in Montgomery, Alabama for the last 10 years specializing in spine surgery. Dr. Heck always thought he would follow in his father’s footsteps becoming a cardiothoracic surgeon. Instead, he quickly learned in medical school he had a strong love for physics and orthopaedics became the surgical field he would choose. Dr. Heck is from Mobile, Alabama.
