Dr. Rausch is very friendly, informative and very good at what she does. She included me in several decisions that had to be made during the procedure instead of dictating to me. I was warned that there might be some pain and bruising, but I experienced neither. I was sent home with a "kit" of material for wound care, which kept me from having to visit a pharmacy on the way home, and I greately appreciated that.

Dr. Rausch was very helpful and carefully did the surgical procedure. There was a delay in getting the stitches to close the surgical cut. After being placed in the room for the stitches I had to wait 35 minutes before Dr. Schleicher entered to place the stitches. Otherwise, everyone was very helpful and courteous.

The process was efficient, organized and very clear. I was given multiple opportunities to ask questions and felt at ease and in good hands.

I couldn’t believe how quickly the procedure was done, which was a great thing for me! I’m an anxious person so it’s helpful for me to not know many details of what’s happening every step. Everything went well but I was surprised by the fact that the plastic surgery was done same day. Caught me off guard a bit as it was over an hour long and a bit traumatic. Both drs were great.

Very slow process, usually spend the entire day at the facility waiting. The actual procedure doesn’t take long. You wait for results, then have to have another procedure and have to wait again. Very slow process!

This is my 2nd time being treated by Dr. Rausch and I wouldn’t even consider seeing anyone else. My areas to be treated have both been on my face. One in my 20s and then second in my 40s. She is thoughtful in her approach to safely remove spots but allow for healing that will minimize cosmetic concerns.

For a 3 mm BCC the wound and scar (3 cm) seemed rather large, especially on the forehead. But so far it seems to heal fairly well. Let’s see how it looks in a couple of weeks. Maybe a survey after a month would be better.

The first time I came to Dr. Rausch about 6 yrs ago, she did the closure of the surgery site. I had not expected Dr. Schleicher to do the closure for this recent visit, but he appeared to do a good job. I don't recall being advised that Dr. Rausch would only be performing the surgical procedures & not the wound closing at this most recent visit.

Not a great communicator. Felt she was rushing from surgery to surgery. I felt unsure if even knew where my skin cancer was. Incision site was much bigger than anticipated; felt this should have been addressed prior to procedure. Left office feeling worried I went to right dermatologist for the procedure.
