Doc was caring and very competent. However, the office scale is wrong. I have not weighed what it said I did for years. Came home to my high-end calibrated scale and was 6 lb. less. Your scale needs to be calibrated.

They don’t offer any other options other than physical therapy. Basically said we had to make time for physical therapy if my daughter wanted to get better. Didn’t offer at home exercises. Did not like the tone that was used and made us waste a day off of school to just be told she needs therapy.

She got to me early today and quickly took care of my feet. She was pleasant and answered my questions.

I got there 15 minutes ahead of my 4:00 scheduled appointment. I waited 40 minutes in the waiting room waiting to be taken back to the exam room , then once in exam room I waited another 10 for Dr. Mariano to come in . she was with me 3 minutes ordered an MRI to excluded anything but plantar fasciitis.. and left then I waited another 10 minutes to be taken to the front desk so I could check out and schedule my MRI. All told I was in the office for 75 mins and only with the doctor for 3 mins . My time is valuable and if I am scheduled for a 4:00 appointment I expect to wait no more than 15 mins..Patients have to be on time or our appointment is rescheduled. It’s ridiculous waiting 50 to see any doctor!

She's very nice and has great bedside manor however I left still in pain and without any kind of relief. An after walking over a mile in 8hrs I can barely walk in my door in tears an limping. I don't agree with not being able to get anything for the relief. Or at least an injection or something
