dr. Hinkle he is one of the best doctors I’ve ever encountered in my 76 years. Recently she’s been brought to Airmont office. I don’t like the a man office because most of the time that I go there the receptionists are very crude insulting and rude and I’m not easy to help you. I told it to Dr. Hinkle when I was there yesterday October 24. This has no reflection on Dr. Hinkle but I’ve had very many visits to Airmont for other doctors the doctors of wonderful the staff leaves a lot to be desired I know much of fury is taking over at a certain point you need to look at your staff at the front desk. I’m going to your practice over 22 years has lots of surgery with Dr. Sharon and seen Dr. Robinson and one other doctor that’s recently left. Please try to look at this memo and read it and see what you could do about the Stanford front and stand also that they shifted papers around and put me lastTo be called after others. Came in. Please look into this.

Dr Hinkle always listens. Not as common as you might think with doctors

I don't appreciate a doctor of pain mgmt making me feel worse than when I walked in. Maybe she had a bad day - not sure - but unprovoked yelling at a patient and worst of all not listening is not professional. I won't be back.

Dr. Hinke is the most understanding, compassionate, fair, honest, caring doctor. She's knowledgeable and listens to you as an individual taking your concerns and positives to heart. She feels pride to her obligation to her oath and to her patients that many other doctors neglect. Although she's busy, she takes the time to be there for you.
