Very personable she is very good at her job

Helped out in a difficult situation concerning an antibiotic that was causing stomach issues and making certain I had a different one before the weekend so I could get past my infected sinuses, sore throat and chest congestion.

She actually listened to me and addressed my needs and made me feel comfortable talking to her about my health concerns. I really appreciated her willingness to listen and help.

Dr. Pinto was very understanding and suggested a few things I can do to help my ailment until she is able to find out what’s going on through tests. Thank you!

I saw Dr. Pinto through a Telehealth appointment about a painful lump on the back of my head. She quickly diagnosed it as a minor infection even dealing with a shaky phone camera. Keeping in mind it was a Friday, Dr. Pinto gave me multiple methods of treatment and made sure I knew what to do if it got worse.

Quick and efficient. On top of that, she really did seem to care. Most people can appreciate bedside manor. Literally said "get better" not sure I've heard that from the last 5 doctors. I could be wrong. But small things like that stand out. All doctors should take the Silent Customer approach. The quietest ones pay attention to how people treat others. Thank you for your sincerity. It does matter.
