Dr. Benn was very nice. I went on without an appt because i just started wearing contacts and put the one in the wrong eye. I couldn't get it out and my eye was irritated and i was stressed out. I asked if someone could remove it for me. I had read countless posts about people that had gone to their drs office to get it taken out, no big deal. The office ended up making me have an appt with the dr, exam and all so they could bill insurance and i had to pay a copay. I was pretty aggravated, especially since it turned out the lens was not in my eye! Found it on the counter when i got home.
