When I arrived at her office, there was a nurse ready for us and took us to the exam room. When she came in she immediately introduced her nurse and herself. She explained the agenda she would like to follow. During the exam she would ask about pain, sensitivity, longevity', She and her staff were calm. She would question me to see if I understood. That was very helpful. She explained that she needed tests run to give her exact information about the surgery. All of her office staff were extremely nice.
