had a 20 minute wait time for the doctor in the exam room. Also, based on the name, had expected a female. Kinda had the bedside manner of a stale biscuit. Pleasant voice though. Would listen to any audiobook read by him.

Dr Hoedt is one of the best orthopedic surgeon I’ve been to and not the only one. He made me feel at ease about my procedure and let me know I had nothing at worry about. Everything went smooth.

He was rushed, had a pompous air, and didn't take the time to listen. (I combine alternative health ways with conventional.) The primary issue was a hurt swollen knee tendon(s). Went home with a throbbing knee and nothing different than before. I haven't been able to walk for two weeks. A waist of an hour drive. Bedside manner has lots if room for improvement....whew

Waited months in pain for my appointment to get a new series of gel shots. Dr acted like he didn’t remember our last office visit where he explained that I had to wait so that my insurance would cover the cost. No one put the order in for the medicine so now it has to be ordered and hopefully it will be delivered this week. 🫤

I loved how the front desk check in was very pleasant. Once I got to the waiting area the staff was like " just sit here and wait". It wasn't to pleasant. Once I was called to the back I sat in the room for a while. Trying to figure out why they did another x-ray, because Physicians east at the other place had already done one. But anyway I received another one and the doctor never went over it. He came in, looked at my knee and that's all. He said that the staff would set up me an appointment for a MRI. The nurse was on break and Noone ever called to set anything up. I called later twice while home and Noone called back. My husband also called Once and we left messages and still no call.

Great Provider and Great Service

This was a follow up for me with Dr. Hoedt. I was appreciative that he asked questions about how I had progressed and whether I was having pain or anything like that from my injury and he listened carefully to what I had to say. He had me go through some mobility stretches etc. and I was very pleased that based on what he was seeing he did not recommend that I pursue any further treatment at the office but did suggest some stretching exercises to be performed at home along with some additional exercise to help with my recovery. Quite refreshing in this day when sometimes a person can feel like treatment is not necessarily warranted.

Acted very differently since I lost my BCBC and now have medicaid. I can't help if I like BCBS too. Things happen. Didn't even check my knee. Just visited 5 min. Offered a cream. I'm in awful pain, he didn't care. I'm not after any meds. I want to k ow what's wrong. Causing so much k ee pain

This was my first visit with Dr Hoedt and I was very impressed. He’s extremely knowledgeable, has great bedside manner, listened to all my crazy questions and gave very thorough answers, and I felt as though he was taking my care very seriously. I also appreciate that when talking with his staff that they all had extremely positive comments on how great a doctor he is and that they love working with him, which says a lot about him as a person and a physician.

Dr. Hoedt was great as was his personal staff! The office staff on the telephone is awful. After being placed on hold for 20 minutes I was sent to voicemail at 5:00pm.

Awesome doctor

Dr. Hoedt performed a complex knee revision on a prior knee revision that was 10 years old but very painful. Right after the revision surgery I noticed the stability and improvement in pain. My rehabilitation went ahead of schedule with surprising little swelling. I can't thank him enough!

I was displeased with my appointment.. I sat for an 1:55 minutes before I was seen by the doctor himself. I felt like I was not important enough and that I was only a number and mine number were skipped over.
