Dr. Carroll trained at the Mayfield Clinic/University of Cincinnati and completed a cerebrovascular fellowship at the University of Florida. He has published widely on brain injury, cerebrovascular disease, and military neurosurgery.
Now based in Knoxville, he is committed to bringing advanced neurosurgical care to East Tennessee and the Southern Appalachian region.
