Very thorough and knowledgable for a immediate care facility.. Doctor Van gives me piece of mind on my diagnosis.

I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. I went in with significant arm pain after a fall and was told I did not have a fracture. I later discovered that I actually had a fracture which delayed me from receiving the proper treatment.
What made the experience worse was his bedside manner. I found him to be rude, sarcastic, and dismissive, and I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. Patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and properly cared for.

Such an easy man to talk to! He listens, then sets about deciding an action plan. Knowledgable, kind, did not make me feel pushed out the door. Dr. Van is such an asset to White Wilson!

Didn’t feel like the doctor helped my symptoms but attributed it to allergies. Really got no answers. Probably will call before I come next to ask which doctor is working.
