Dr Deshpande and PA Ms Palcic were exceptionally thorough. My medical records had been reviewed and they asked questions about anything that was related. They listened and I never had to repeat anything! Each step was explained and all our questions were answered. We left knowing we were in the right place.

I was very disappointed that I did not see Dr. Deshpande. My $60 copay should allow me to see my doctor. The NEW person (to me at least) I saw entered the room and never made an introduction so I thought I would see him after I told her what was going on and she could brief him. When I left I was asked to make an appointment but there were about 7 people in line. Not my best experience at Chatham Ortho

Dr, D tackled a complex hip ossification revision and the outcome was exceptional. He is the Go-To hip revision surgeon in Savannah.

Dr Deshpande was excellent. I had a total hip replacement at 67 years old and never needed any meds or rehabilitation equipment such as a Walker or anything. I went to rehab with no issues. I had surgery on 7/20/21 and was a High School football practice on 7/26 and never missed a days

Dr. Deshpande is not only extremely knowledgeable, but he is also very friendly. These qualities, unfortunately, are not often found together in the medical field.

Dr. Deshpande provides excellent service for myself and my wife. He performed total hip replacement two years ago enabling me to resume long distance cycling. After over 10,000 miles replacement part is still intact. With regards to other muscular issues, he provided valuable information to resolve minor pain. Dr. Deshpande has provided wife with information about knee and hip joint status along with steroid injections to relieve pain in lieu of surgery (any joint replacement until needed). Our plans are to continue using Dr. Deshpande as our hip and knee physician.

Great Doctor & Staff??????

My first visit occurred today. Both my wife and I had a good exchange with Dr Deshpande describing to him my hip pain. Dr Deshpande explained the reason why I am experiencing this pain and we agreed on a procedure to get my hip functioning again without pain. Scheduling for the next stage of my visit will take place within the next few weeks. However, my hope was to get relief from this very painful situation sooner.

I am very thankful for Dr. Deshpande. I had a Total Hip Replacement and he made me very comfortable from beginning to end. In just two weeks after surgery with PT, I am just about ready to start walking on my own with a cane to start, Minimal scarring.
