Chester Rollins, M.D.

Dr Rollins is a nice, pleasant person. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and I trust his diagnosis. However, he talks so far over my head I had great difficulty understanding him.

Dr Rollins was kind and efficient. Very professional and answered my questions.

He seemed to be in a hurry. He stuck the scope down my nose to the back of my throat, but it was very painful this time, maybe because he didn't give the medicine time enough to numb my nose. In the past it was uncomfortable, but this time it hurt to the point I was in tears and crying out. He rushed through explaining why he was prescribing certain meds. Until I get a clear understanding of what each is for, I won't be taking them.

To consider 26 Oct 2023 VA Auditory Exam & Decision to determine if today's exam reveals discrepancies and or worsening.

Both the staff and Doctor Rollins were amazing. They listened to my issues and helped me build a plan of care we were both comfortable with. Any concerns I had with the plan he addressed them, gave his reasoning but still listened to why I was concerned and adjusted accordingly. His staff was also very attentive and helpful.

I did make the suggestion that before the Dr. sprays that foul tasting steroid in your nose, he give you a mint first...my previous ENT did that and it really helped. I was close to throwing up.
