Dr. Cheryl Donovan-Hunt was raised in the Boston suburbs and completed her undergraduate studies at Case Western Reserve University. She earned her Masters degree while researching at the Ireland Cancer Center in Cleveland, Ohio. She went on to earn her Medical Degree at Medical College of Ohio and did her pediatric residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, IL. Dr. Donovan-Hunt has experience as both a pediatric hospitalist for Children’s Memorial Hospital and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She has been in general pediatric care since 2000 in the northern Chicago suburbs. Special areas of interests are sports medicine, asthma and allergies, newborn care, genetics and international health. She is a dedicated pediatrician and educator, active in teaching residents, medical students and nurses. She resides in Lake Bluff with her husband and three children.
