Dr. Ryoo was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. She put us at ease as she explained what the procedure was and how she was going to do it. She answered all our questions, before and after the short procedure. Also, Dr. Ryoo's assistant was very thorough when we first were called in to the office, and also very pleasant and efficient, as was the receptionist. Our experience was wonderful, and we left the office feeling like our needs and concerns were met 100%.
