Dr Ryoo instantly made me feel I was in safe hands. She explained why she believed surgery was needed and then asked me if there were any questions about how I felt about the surgery, if I had any concerns. When all my concerns were answered I knew I had the best surgeon for me!!! Surgery is done and I’m feeling good about it! I’m feeling just as she had explained regarding one of my concerns, no surprises😊 I really Appreciate & 😍 my Dr Cherie Ryoo!!!

She was nice but I do not feel like she listened to my concerns for Kade at all. She basically wrote it off and said “he’s probably just going to be a sick kid.” I’m sorry but having croup twice in the last two months is not normal by my books and frankly terrifying. And the only thing that would allow him to get tonsils and adenoids removal is if he has sleep apnea?? I have two friends who have gone to this location and their children’s lives have been changed for the better because of it. I feared for my child’s life when he was coughing and barely breathing with croup. I have a family history of asthma and suffer from asthma myself. She was dismissive and we have already been having him on Zyrtec since he was 6 months olds he’s 2.5 now

Great bedside manner! Solved a problem in 10 minutes that my GP diagnosed, but didn’t spend the time to actually solve. Dr. Ryoo spent 10 minutes and solved an issue that has been bothering me for 4 months. She’s a rock star!
