Dr. Charles H. Wilson, IV completed his undergraduate education at Auburn University and received his medical degree from The University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine. Following his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Florida Health Science Center in Jacksonville, he completed a fellowship in adult joint reconstruction and sports medicine at the Insall Scott Kelly Institute in New York with experts and pioneers in total knee replacement.
Dr. Wilson is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and has a subspecialty certificate in sports medicine. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons.

I had an appointment today with Dr Wilson. As soon as I arrive, I hear over the intercom, all patients of Dr Wilson will have a wait of at least an hour. If you would like to reschedule, see the front desk. Ok, couldn’t some representative of Dr Wilson call and let people know that are coming in if they want to reschedule. Made a trip to the office for nothing. Also, other times I’ve had an appointment, he is always running way behind.
