Communication like to know what Dr is going to do before he does the procedure. Hardly any communication. When drops are put in my eyes for numming the eyes, the solution is also on my face with no wiping off face or tissue from assistant.

This office is so well run. There is never a wait for attention, even when I showed up without an appointment. Still, I always feel like Dr. Eifrig is willing to explain and allow me to take as much time as I feel I need for my questions to be answered. All this without prolonged waiting room waits. Professional and knowledgeable

I began seeing Dr. Eifrig after a negative experience with another retina specialist. He is a very caring doctor, listens and explains patiently and makes me feel comfortable.

I was referred to Dr. Eifrig by happenstance and couldn't be happier. He identified that I needed my cataracts removed, and I wasn't even aware. Plus, he explains things well, listens and is just a nice man. Very happy with him and his staff.

Dr. Eifrig and his staff continue to care for all of his patients professionally, giving all individual personal attention. Wait times are minimal. He is my favorite doctor.

I like the fact that the doctor wants to conduct more tests to find the right coarse of action instead of just jumping in and doing what other doctor say.

Would have helped if he had given me more information about what to expect after Vitrectomy; eg, I would be essentially blind when bandage came off day after surgery, because vision is severely restricted by the gas. Also, more specific information on the do’s and don’t’s following Vitrectomy, including minimum and maximum duration of the restrictions.
