We were given someone else’s glasses prescription. I tried to call the office when I got home but they were closed by that time. A little more care for those kind of details would be appreciated.

They were not friendly or nice, no one care to even asked me if I needed help and everyone saw that I do need help. I have to choose of coming there due to my Dr order a referral for me to go there, we are the only the one that has an urgent opening.
