Great Dr Have been seeing him forever and will continue seeing him as he genuinely cares about his patients and what's best for them. Too bad Norfolk didn't have more Dr's like him.

Dr. Harper is the BEST doctor around. He is very personable and shows that he cares about you and strives to do what is best for you. He makes it a point to get to really know you. I would highly recommend him to anyone! HE IS THE BEST!!
