Amazing bedside matter and awesome surgeon
Dr. Hansen is amazing, thorough, kind and knowledgable. Jessica, the assistant that roomed me on this and a previous visit, is horrible: rushing through things, seemingly annoyed by my responses and inappropriate questioning. My previous visit, I brought a supportive friend with, and explained that as the relationship when asked; to which she followed up with, “So, like, are you guys dating or something?” Not less rude when she came back after Dr.Hansen left and I was in tears over next steps. I assumed she was having a bad day, but was just as quick and seemingly annoyed by responses today. She made us so uncomfortable, my support person wouldn’t even return for today’s visit.
Dr. Hansen has always explained all x-rays and everything related to my back surgery very thoroughly. Always takes his time with me and answers all questions I and my family have. I have been very pleased with the care he has given me.
Great visit. Explained procedure in detail to make me feel at ease. Good patient manner. Enjoy speaking with.
