The front desk girl upset my mom. Said there was a problem with her insurance so took pictures again asked for my mom's social and my dad's right there up front where everyone could hear...come to find out her name was spelled wrong they had her ss wrong in the system. Yet her insurance had no problem paying her visit from 8 months ago. Secondly we sat in the back for an hour freezing. The doctor finally made it in he was frank and quick with us. Everyone seemed tired and showed it The doctor knows his stuff but could use more friendliness and helping of understanding when it comes to the elderly.

Dr. White's nurses were exceptional. I can't say enough about them, as was Dr. White. Dr. White was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable with all the tests and exams. I was given a few samples of some medication he was going to prescribe. He wanted me to go ahead and get started on it and brought me the water himself to take it. I was very satisfied with my office visit. l will continue to use him for any and all future visits.
