Great attitude, friendly, explains everything. Excellent doctor.
Great eye exam! The doctor and staff were very professional!
- did not see Dr. Paglia - waited an hour after my appointment time - nurse said your eyes will always see better in reading to which I said my old glasses are as good better in reading. That is why I have progressive lenses. - at the end the nurse said let’s go to see what Jennie wants to do. She did not explain to me what the problem was with my new glasses. - did not receive an apology for getting bad new glasses or excessive waiting. - never had this experience in my 70 years of wearing glasses Hope these comments would be useful.
