He’s professional and communicates very well.
Very Happy!
Solved my eye irritation problem.
Polite and concerened
He is good
He was very thorough. He told staff to book me for a year from current visit. I wasn't able to get an appointment until March of 2026. Amazing. I was told if I had an emergency to call. I'm diabetic and think I should be checked regularly, like once a year.
I need a prism in my glasses after cataract surgery, fairly unusual and Dr.Paglia had several options for me. He was understanding and supportive of my dilemma.
I did not know what was going on Hope it will be excellent rating next time.
Always polite and professional.
Very good OD. Thank you for the attention to detail.
